  • Victoria centre has been ruined by intu. Decor is in very poor taste and must have cost a lot to refit. Toilets at one end of the complex. I only go to visit John Lewis , pay expensive car parking and...  more »

  • There are lots of great shops in Intu Victoria Centre and some really nice (but kind of expensive) places to eat. The market is great, especially the Madhouse Nuts stall!  more »

  • Good range of shops and good atmosphere. The market on the first floor which is run by Nottingham City Council is great. Staff at the customer service desk are really helpful and friendly, I drop a lot of parcels off there which is very convenient. Be warned though the parking is expensive.
  • Great shopping centre. It looks amazing after it's refurbishment a few years ago. It's got plenty of seating areas if your legs are tired from shopping all day or if you want a break. A great range of shops and places to dine. The toilets are pleasant and always clean. It's light, bright and hygienic shopping centre. A pleasure to shop in here. I would recommend going to Disney Store, Boots, Yankee Candle, Tiger, Superdrug, Yours Clothing and Boost.
  • The Vic centre is enormous and has many many shops. There's a help desk and several maps for easy shop-finding. Always very clean and well lit with staff members often around. There are two floors and wheelchair accessible elevators.
  • Large shopping mall in the middle of Nottingham. A varied eclectic number of shops plus an indoor market and places to eat. Clean and tidy mall that has recently been upgraded and very busy whatever day of the week you visit. Found on two levels with escalators
  • plenty of shops .Although I find it a little busy with lots of shoppers trying to get through the doors all at once. I love the market area, this is great for bargains for food, fish, meat, and fashion. Not everyone wants high end top designer shops.

Staying in Nottingham's historical town center not only keeps you close to the area's finest shopping and dining, but also near an increasingly popular bohemian quarter. The town center is packed with top-quality boutique and spa hotels, as well as luxurious self-catering apartments. If you are travelling on a shoestring or just quickly passing through, consider one of Nottingham's low-budget hostels or inns. For a taste of country living, book your stay a working-farm cottage or a family-run countryside B&B.
