  • Great place to visit with children, plenty to look at in the Science Museum and a fairly large park for them to play in. Really impressive mill, still in operation and has good information about the history and process of it in past years gone by. There are also frequent activities held in a little room next to the Science Museum, great for entertaining kids during half term! It is situated close by to a lot of other historical attractions within Sneinton, namely the William Booth Birthplace Museum and some old churches and houses around. So plenty to do on a day out any day of the year, great community place.
  • Great place to go with the kids and even better for young kids birthday party. Baking and find science experiments by really friendly staff. And a windmill!
  • Not as good as it used to be (bring back the plasma ball!), but kids enjoy the science building and you get to see a windmill. They also mill their own flour, which is pretty good.
  • Superb Atmosphere, and loved the Art tour, with a wonderful lady showing us all her beautiful painting, such pure class, inspiring me and others to paint which is fantastic, will help me with gcse art, After her mother passed she decided to draw her with is emotionally beautiful, and Superb, Her mother will be proud, i enjoyed the wonderful tour :)
  • Interesting place, lots of information for the kids to take in, also able to walk around inside the windmill and up the stairs to the top. Science based visitors center. This place I believe is free to visit. Please check website for details..
