  • bike or walk all good, pay to park. not sure if the algae problem fully sorted out yet, there was a scare about keeping dogs out of water recently

  • We always enjoy visiting Whitlingham. It's will cared for. Has a nice visitor centre where you can get lunch and a few souvenirs if you want. There's plenty of car parking, it's 60p per 30mins. So not too bad. You pay when you leave, cameras note your number plate and time on entry then calculate your charge. Lots of birds to see. A lovely long walk efficient is pushchair friendly. Always a nice stop.
  • Very beautiful, however the car park is pay and display and uses number plate recognition and the machine sometimes plays up
  • A lovely area to walk, cycle or take dogs, and you can hire kayaks and canoes etc to have fun on the broad.
  • Lovely place to walk your dog or to go if you admire scenery or a fan of pokemon go. The paths were not that far and a vast amount of shading from the trees.
  • Great walk around the lake, and with a park, picnic field and cafe, there's nothing more to ask for.
