  • I used the cafe whilst my husband was taking part in a sportive that started from Earlham Park - there is a good variety of food and Costa hot drinks available. Whilst here I walked round the faciliti...  read more »
  • I've been using the Sportspark for over 10 years for all manner of activities. The facilities are exceptional and well kept, the prices are extremely fair and justified. Excellent.
  • If you didn't know better you might think that the UEA Sportspark is just for the students. Well, whilst there are quite a lot of students about, anyone can turn up and play an enormous range of sport...  read more »
  • I attend the gym or classes (Spin) virtually every day, online booking is clunky but it does the job. I've never found the staff rude, and have never struggled to get on or use equipment. I've had a personal nutrition review which I found informative and carried out with profession. I find the class coaches very good, and the additional dedicated spin room very much suited to my needs. There's some odd corners that could do with rounding but overall a pleasant environment to work out in.
  • Utterly disgusting place- DO NOT USE; Two weeks in a row my wife has taken my daughter to their gymnastics - last week it was cancelled WITHOUT notice; This week they were basically refused entry with the line "we're fully booked" when my wife called under an hour before and was told there was at least 10 spaces free. The attitude of the staff and more importantly the management is rude, abrupt and quite frankly so that they all need to be retrained or sacked. Zero Customer Service, Zero respect for paying customers and zero understanding for upsetting a 2 year old child. I will NEVER allow my child to go there ever again.
  • I hated the experience, the staff are very rude and obnoxious. One of the female staff, was very stuck up, as if shes some sort of princess sent from the film Frozen. I was constantly stared at by the female staff, noted there was also flirting happening, quoting; "you have very big biceps sir". I was also told i needed an introduction as its my first time to probably ever use a gym, i dont know why they would assume i haven never used a gym before, when my big biceps are bigger then all there heads combined. Also they ruined my self esteem with that comment, i believed i was destined for a career in the fitness industry.
  • Everything is severely let down by the customer service and the prices. There are a range of average facilities. The pool is nice but always full of clubs or lessons even in non peak times.
  • As we can read on the site of sportpark :All of our Personal Trainers are highly qualified and experienced Fitness Professionals... I totally disagree there are no fitness professionals funny guys what only thinks that they are...
