  • Sure is a great spot I had a wonderful child hood in Salhouse having grandparents owning the BELL Inn many year ago the mooring activities and fun great for children..The only difference is that the b...  more »
  • A peaceful broad where you can hire canoes etc. Can walk through the woods to the local shop 15 minutes or the Salhouse Bell pub in about 20 minutes (recommended - no food when we visited as the kitch...  more »
  • Walked on an established path from a busy car park. Shady, with streams either side containing lots of tadpoles . Reached the broads, with people playing in the water and on hired out canoes. Lots of ...  more »

  • A lovely spot to visit and perhaps moor up. We stayed the night. There is a warden, and some basic facilities. Plus nature walks, trails and a pub & village are a 15 minute walk away - uphill :-(
