  • If you visit Norwich Market then take time to visit Lucy's Fish & Chips stalls. The traditional market may date from the 13th century but the variety of stalls are definitely not ancient! My highlight was the fish and chips from Lucy's. Fantastic portion size and the taste was sublime, you could not get better from a restaurant in my opinion and as everything is open to view the standards of hygiene and cleanliness would put many other businesses to shame. If you do one thing on your visit make sure you leave room in your tummy for some Fish & Chips from Lucy's. Yum Yum !!
  • I always go to Mike and Debbie for my fresh fruit and veg. The Cheeseman stall has the best selection of artisan cheeses. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a very interesting provision market., and fairly disabled friendly. Pity about the rowdy drunks and druggies.
  • There is plenty of stalls, food n drink including Chinese options and gluten free and organic places to eat. There are clothes shops and bag shops, jewelers and watch repairs. Flowers, gift shops phone repairs electronics. Along with the historical aspect of the site too surrounded by the city of Norwich.
  • I am a fan of Norwich market. There are so many great shops and people there. Never throw away a vacuum cleaner when you can get any spare parts you need.
  • One of the best open air permanent markets in the country.. Lots of good quality food and local produce. Been here since the medieval charter was granted. The bakers and grocers are all good.. Lots of variety of stalls..
