  • Not a bad market well worth a visit plenty of stalls and lots of food outlets, it's a permanent market but some stalls only open on certain days. So if you pick the wrong day seems only half of market...  more »

  • Great selection of stalls and modern high street shops. Revisiting my home town. A lot has changed in the last 10 years since i last went back. Very vibrant city and has become very cosmopolitan, and with the new forum, wow Great modern architecture.
  • Fantastic city to visit. So many small side streets to go up, you find so many small shops which were lovely to just go in and browse. Market is brilliant, so retro. So many eating places.
  • There's all sorts of stalls to see and buy from. They pretty much sell everything going. There's plenty of food stalls to choose from. George's tea stall makes a fabulous mug of tea and he cooks a good selection of food ranging from sandwiches to jacket potatoes and breakfasts. So if you're in Norwich visit the market.
  • Not a bad market although it's mostly street food. There's a number of cafe's, specialist food outlets such as a pure Vegan food stand (directly opposite a Butcher which was amusing) and very few unique stalls. If you're hungry or fancy buying meat or veg for home then it's pretty good. If you're mind is thinking more like a Christmas market then you're going to be disappointed at the selection.
  • The market in Norwich has been a fixture for hundreds of years. It received a face lift a few years back that improved access and the pitches themselves so you can now shop in comfort in the rain! There a many long standing fixtures and you can buy a wide variety of goods, from vacuum cleaner spares to VHS tapes (remember those?), fresh fish or fish and chips. Make sure to visit the hog-roast for lunch. The market is kept clean and has toilet facilities. Do you like books? Fresh flowers? Clothes? Toys? Sweets? Then what are you waiting for!
