  • We visited Eaton Park to play the Crazy Golf course which was absolutely brilliant. We've played a lot of minigolf courses and it ranks as one of the best we've found. There are plenty of chances to score a hole-in-one with a well placed tee-shot. The course was in excellent condition. There's a Putting Green next to the Crazy Golf which we'll play next time we're there. We had a nice walk around the park and we're impressed by the bandstand in the pavilion. What a view as you approach it. There's also a Miniature Railway in the park and we're looking forward to returning for a ride on that in the future. All in all a very pleasant place to spend a few hours.
  • Had great fun with grandchildren 10 and 4. Play park excellent with a part for little ones and a more adventurous bit for his brother. Large areas for walking and paths for cycling and scootering. Separate skate area for scooters, be bikes, skateboards (not really suitable be for 4 year old as lots of bigger boys and girls going fast). Large grassy areas for picnics, attending ice cream van b when I was there on a Saturday. Excellent restaurant with light snacks. All in all an excellent be outdoors day....PS very dog friendly...Please pick up !
  • Great place to walk the dog, go for a wander, have a run, spend time with friends/family and just relax. Lovely architecture all around the park including the bandstand, the gardens, boat pond, the Pavillion and everything else. The pathways are all lined with trees and it looks beautiful in the spring/summer. Used to spend hours at the playground with friends when I was younger and it's nice to see people are still doing the same. There's football pitches, as skate park, running tracks and a crazy golf course if you fancy anything sporty while you're there. The cafe is brilliant and serves local produce, great food for a reasonable price. It's a beautiful spot on the outskirts of the city and I hope it stays there forever.
  • Just fantastic to see a park so well kept and we'll loved. Great place for families with something for all ages. Boating lake for radio controlled toys, crazy golf, putting green, play area with swings etc, miniature steam railway plus much more. Lovely coffee shop with atmosphere.
  • Lots to do nice Caffè nice children's play area. Sand swings climbing frames skate park . toy boating lake minister golf. Lots of places to have a picnics. But no ice cream.
