  • Been coming here for 25+ years, absolutely amazing. Plenty of wildlife to see and lots of interesting sights and walks. Great for kids or just for a ramble about. I did follow a particular path today, wasn't exciting as I first thought as it actually lead to the Canal but none the less, very enjoyable.
  • It's a country park in Marbury. Other than the outdoor pool that is nice to use on half a dozen days of the year there is little else to attract non dog owners. Not worth travelling over 15 minutes for.
  • Lovely place to walk, cycle and enjoy the countryside. Toilets, small takeaway cafe, undercover benches, park and plenty of parking. A good place to spend time.
  • Smashing park, with walks to the lake, through the reed beds (easily missed - past the bird hides), thorough woods and even up to the local canal. Plenty of places to sit too. A great place to spend a few hours. Parking is £1.50 for up to 3 hours, or £2.50 for longer. Park open till 8pm in summer, 5pm in winter.
  • Lot of beautiful countryside, perfect for dog walks and picnics. It also has an open air pool as well as cycle paths and a huge lake/mere.
