Plenty of cheap parking and reasonable paths even in winter.. Not a lot of birds about on the day we visited but very nice to stroll around for a short walk more »
Walk/cycle around here a lot. Always pass friendly people on our way round. We really enjoy it. Paths are always clear and well maintained. Parking is a bit pricey, can only buy 24 hours which isn't much good.
If you like walking/cycling, this is great place for you. The nature reserve is also a very well kept secret, seven miles of walking with piece and quiet, with lots of wildlife every corner you turn.
Great open space with walks and cycleways and play area for the children and a cafe and cycle hire.
A really good cycle around, getting lots of fresh air - great
