  • Overall, I had a good time. The slides, pools and lady river are very good. The staff from all areas of the park are very pleasant and are open to queries and questions. It is quite hygienic and the prices are more than reasonable. However, there is little control over queues within the park and the park gets very overcrowded (personally, I think there should be a limit to how many people are allowed in the park at once). People queue jump slides and life guards and the members of staff fail to do anything about this matter, despite notifying them when i was queue jumped on multiple occasions. There is also little to no seating to cater for the large groups of people who go to the park to eat, as myself and my friend had to wait 20 minutes just to get a table, never mind the 30 minutes queueing for food. However, other than the troubles with queues, it is definitely worth a visit and I would recommend it for all age groups as there is something for all, just be prepared to wait a long time in queues and confront queue jumpers.
  • Ok so there is no main pool as such and the water is a bit murky. But there are 10 slides of pure fun! One is a free fall drop straight down which was bloody awesome. If you just want to swim around this isn't for you. Oh and no time limit so we were there for six hours!
  • had very nice time very good staff nice welcome very clean good coffee and cookies unsure as seeing comments but we all found very good will come back a big thank you
  • After all these bad reviews we decided to ignore them and see for ourselves. well I cant say one bad thing about it the kids love it we spend nearly 6 hours in there. the café is hot so u can get out of the pool for food then go back in. the slides are brilliant only u have to get in the que quick to get a rubber ring for the slides. Don't listen to all the rubbish about it been a dirty smelly place because it isn't and I certainly haven't seen any rats. we always pay online as the que gets to big.
  • Terrific and completely bonkers' water park, not in the sunny clines of the likes of a Californian or Mediterranean beach resort, but on the coast of the bleak and windy north east of England with Icy cold winds,.... yup! 😄 But forgiving it's unusual location, the experience you can have here is worth a million pounds. With some terrific slides and a massive scale, this place will ensure you have a fun day out, whatever your age. It's all indoors (thank god) so you can come here even when the weather is not great.
