  • went for breakfast here. had to wait because it only turned 5am. but was greeted with a smile and was given a apology for the wait and got a free doughnut. Customer service at its finest.
  • I thought the days of directly handling food without gloves were well being us but not at this McDonalds, and I watched the floor manager walk right past the two people I could see doing it. Apart from my concerns over food hygiene and contamination it was tasty and fills a gap in the market.
  • Nearly everytime I visit here going drive threw my order is always wrong for example ordered large meals 2 Big Macs and got wrong drinks to which they were small pay for sweet chilli dips which never receive and mcflurry with just carmel in and I ordered a dairy milk if I wanted a Carmel ice cream I would have asked for a sundae customer service needs to check screen before handing over orders and when I give back to have fixed they still manage to get it wrong!!!!
  • Love there burgers, kids love to go an get there little happy meals.
  • Waited nearly 15 mins at the drive thru for over-cooked cold food. My double burger was actually a 1.5 burger and my sons chicken nuggets, well lets just say they were so well done that my dog wouldn't eat them and she would eat damn near anything. I think I'll stick to the Glengormley Mcdonalds. This one should definitely be avoided.
