went for breakfast here. had to wait because it only turned 5am. but was greeted with a smile and was given a apology for the wait and got a free doughnut. Customer service at its finest.
I thought the days of directly handling food without gloves were well being us but not at this McDonalds, and I watched the floor manager walk right past the two people I could see doing it. Apart from my concerns over food hygiene and contamination it was tasty and fills a gap in the market.
Nearly everytime I visit here going drive threw my order is always wrong for example ordered large meals 2 Big Macs and got wrong drinks to which they were small pay for sweet chilli dips which never receive and mcflurry with just carmel in and I ordered a dairy milk if I wanted a Carmel ice cream I would have asked for a sundae customer service needs to check screen before handing over orders and when I give back to have fixed they still manage to get it wrong!!!!
Love there burgers, kids love to go an get there little happy meals.
Waited nearly 15 mins at the drive thru for over-cooked cold food. My double burger was actually a 1.5 burger and my sons chicken nuggets, well lets just say they were so well done that my dog wouldn't eat them and she would eat damn near anything. I think I'll stick to the Glengormley Mcdonalds. This one should definitely be avoided.
