  • Crap tracks, Crap Karts, Rude staff. Don't go. All the staff were horrible. Cheeky on the phone, rude and pushy from the moment you walk in, and totally unhelpful and impatient throughout. Handed over £50, got a scoul in return, then was told to hurry up when putting my helmet on, despite being 5 minutes early for our session. The track is far too bumpy for go karts, resulting in my kart being totally knackered. If you're a tire shredding holigan with £50 and you're looking to bash into your mates for 15 mins, go for it- but if you're a keen go karter and you want an actual racing experience, avoid, go to other karting venues in northern Ireland. AVOID.
  • A very fun day out. Great staff.
  • If you are going in a group make sure everyone is on the same level otherwise your time will be spent playing bumping cars. But awesome place for karting, amazing track. but is pricey for the track time
  • Where to begin. The person who dealt with us didn't introduce himself so I don't even know his name. While kitting us out for the racing we complained that one helmet didn't fit and that one didn't buckle. He told us the loose helmet was fine and that in his words 'yeah that helmet doesn't do up, it's OK though". At no point did this person give us any safety briefings or talk about the cars or the track to us, we were rushed through at every point, one race even starting before we had lined up. On two separate occasions when people had crashed into the wall they were left in that position until the race had finished because no one was nearby to help. I spun around the wrong way and actually corrected myself by driving forwards a little and letting the Kart roll downhill slightly until I was facing the right way again before anyone even came to help. Remember the part about the helmet that didn't strap up? ( I am annoyed more at my own stupidity for not challenging this no named person who gave us our equipment but it was my little brothers birthday and I didn't want to cause a scene) Well my partner had a bad crash and flipped out of her Kart with her helmet tumbling off her head in mid air. My brother helped her up before anyone from the company even got near her and when they did, they didn't even ask if she was OK, they just told her to get the helmet back on. Even at the end the unnamed 'instructor' had the enthusiasm of a teenager on a school morning, and handed out the medals quickly before leaving us and not even thanking us for coming. Having been an outdoor pursuits instructor for years myself and holding qualifications in quad biking and working for England's biggest outdoor / adventure companies, I have to say this was the most appalling display of customer service and safety I have ever witnessed. I am sure many people have had great experiences there but I felt that I had to warn people, especially families, of our experience. This is also the first time in my life I have felt strongly enough to even bother to write a review. Sorry for the huge message but believe me this was the shortened version. Woeful.
  • Fantastic fun in either a large or small group all are catered for they supply all the equipment that you need so just go have fun
