  • Interesting building but blighted by previous planning decisions. Close to the Quayside and cathedral. Worth a look if you are in the area.  more »

  • Definitely worth a visit. Well put together displays and helpful staff
  • Very disappointed with the "Historical Tour" on Saturday 21st Oct 2017, where I expected to hear about the history of the castle etc, instead it was a cast of amateur actors portraying the life of Houdini, who visited the castle once!
  • A must visit for anyone that wants to know about the history of Newcastle or just wants the best view of the city!
  • It's was fun, interesting and we took some amazing photos. Brilliant views from the top of the keep.
  • Pretty poor experience. Unfriendly staff.. In fact like speaking to robots. No communication or customer skills.
