  • Loving this park. You can walk for miles. A lovely river, waterfall, old mill, picnic fields, petting zoo, Sambuccas, numerous paths and bridges. Well worth the visit.
  • Very nice park in central Newcastle! The zoo is nice for children. There is a, very nice food market on Saturdays!
  • This lovely dene has been here for hundreds of years, looked after by staff and volunteers, lovely all the year round, one of my favorite walks.
  • Nice little place for children but prepare to be full of mud
  • One of the finest public parked in the country, filled with bridges, ruins old and new, great flora, artificial waterfalls and stepping stones.
