  • Good for tourists or locals looking to browse. Been on our doorstep for years but never really took the time to have a look and see what was available. We were pleasantly surprised, a huge variety of stalls and shops, mostly very reasonable in terms of price and quality. Very easy to get lost, so pick a direction and stick with it.
  • A proper mix if stalls and traditional butchers ...places to eat... clothes shops and all on the centre of the city. Vibrant and full of life Great:)
  • Excellent, just like a proper old market under a roof. Loads of small traders. Ila real refreshing change from the dull monotonus franchises in the street.
  • Great place. Artisan shops and stalls. Traditional and modern food and drink. Fresh food. Clothing, tools, plants. It's worth it just to walk round and look at the different things on sale.
  • Love a good market, plenty of various different stalls here but it really needs a good spring clean and a lick of paint, don't think it has really seen a paint brush since my dad owned a stall back in the 70's.
