  • By all the seasons I have walked with my friends and just love the open space. Duck pond is big and I hope they get the war museum open.
  • There is always something new going on here. The birds on the Lake are very entertaining. There is a lovely cafe in the park and Wylam Brewery is open to the public Thursday Friday and Saturday. The p...  more »

  • Good for a stroll. Also has really smooth paths so brilliant for skate boarding and if you can get in there is a skate park. But it's packed with people on scooters and bikes.
  • A beautiful and peaceful place to come walk the dogs, take the kids or have a picnic. There are also events throughout the year taken place here such as theme park rides, festivals and events. Always a lovely place to come with some friends!
  • Lovely place not only for kids but also for teens and adults and dogs 😊 there are scooter ramps at the entrrence and then tenis courts, playground, claiming wall and claiming nets, outdoor jim, lake/pond with all sort of birds, wylam brewery and a miniature train rides at certain day of the month at the back of it. In the middle of the park is a caffe with excellent icecream we can never resist
  • Amazing spot close to Newcastle city centre. Free of charge tennis and basketball courts.
  • My Children love it. Many facilities for different ages. Good to have a cafe there too.
