  • I phoned last week about 8 times in a row and there was no answer. A couple of days ago it took 5 attempts to get through and there were no courts available. Today I've called 5 times and still no one answers the phone. I wonder how much money the business is losing from lost bookings because no one answers the phone. I'd like to make a booking and go in and I keep trying but I can never get through
  • Not the cheapest in Town but certainly has a comprehensive array of equipment. Showers seem to break for 2 weeks of the year, but apart from that very good!
  • Great atmosphere and reasonable price.
  • You can join for a week and its only £15 as an introductory price, then its either DD or monthly and all options (to me) are reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful and the kit is good. The classes are varied and there are several each day. I really enjoyed spin and the circuits but there are so many other options. The kit in the main gym is good, theres a boxing bag, kettle bells, workout mats and so on plus there are watt bikes (I do love a watt bike). For anyone wanting a decent gym in the city centre I'd definitely recommend this one or if you're visiting and would like a more short term option (as many don't seem to offer that!).
  • I love the bouldering wall but it is old and tired. It's still one of the best in the region for making up your own problems. The centre is old and tired and when they do knock down eldon square it will finally get to rest in pieces where it belongs. Staff couldn't care less about the customer. If anything you are an inconvenience rather than a customer. Just a waste of space all round.
