Bubbles World of Play Reviews

Fab play area suitable for all ages. A little bit on the pricey side, especially the food and drink. Went during summer holidays so was rather busy but was still able to find a seat. Would definitely ... more »
It was the first day of the school holidays and I took my daughter and 3 grandkids ( 7, 5, and 6 months) to Bubbles. We all loved it .It was a reasonable price for us all . The play area was brilliant... more »
Regularly go here with my little one. Joined to become a member think it's a pound cheaper. It is more expensive than other soft play areas but worth every penny. Arcade games and little rides included with the entrance fee. Supposedly the biggest soft play area in the UK. Also has an outdoor water play which you pay separately for (when weather permits). Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of tables which get cleared and cleaned constantly and toilets and baby change are all clean. Also a cafe which does great food and barista coffee. Had it's its own ample parking before you get to the retail park in New Brighton. Only disadvantage which I experienced is when weather is nice people will park in Bubbles car park and go to the beach all day therefore leaving nowhere for Bubbles customers to park. Rather go here than pay for £10 worth of fairground tokens that will only get you up to 5 rides at the local fair. We've spent up to 2.5hrs in here some days. :D
I have just spoken with my daughter today who had a horrible experience at bubbles today she attended with her two children aged 5 and 3 one of whom has autism, she was turned away from the 3 and under section where her son wanted to go on the slide and was turned away,as he is 5 she explained he just wanted to go in the slide as he has always done so since he was one,and she did explain the situation to the staff members said she would supervise him she he went on the slide and then leave. They refused once again, her son had a meltdown she was upset and they had to leave. I understand rules apply but in some circumstances there can be change. We will not be attending bubbles again and I would no longer recommend anybody to attend!!
The facilities here are great. It is really clean and food and drink is reasonably priced. Lots of staff making sure everything is in order. The only downside is the cost of entry. Massively over inflated over other soft plays. For our family with 2 children costs £22! Would visit again but as more of a special treat.
Great place to take kids I would say between 1 an 12 years old, bigger on the inside, also cameras inside that you can see from tables next to play area, good food also and relatively cheap. Happy staff not usually seen in places for kids
Really disappointed in Bubbles on my last visit. I attend regularly with my kids, and usually spend a fair whack once you add up entrance fees plus food and drink. Last week I was in Bubbles and my friend from Manchester was visiting her mum in Arrowe Park hospital. Since I've recently had a new baby and she had some gifts for her she said she'd swing by Bubbles where I was at the time, but could only stop for half an hour as she had to head back to Manchester for her daughter's swimming lesson. Bubbles was quiet and I asked at the desk if she could come in just for the half an hour, explaining the situation. The girl at the desk asked the boss and was told no, and that full entrance fee had to be paid for my friend, her 4 year old and 1 year old (totalling £15). Considering I believe this to be an independently owned business, I think this lack of flexibility and greed for want of a better word to be very disappointing when a more positive approach to the situation would be to have let my friend in free of charge, or at least for a reduced fee. Poor show Bubbles!
