  • The new Abbey corn mill is a very well preserved water mill, which was shortly after the 2nd world war still in use. It starts with a brief video introduction to the history and importance of the mill (on the first floor). The best thing about this tourist attraction was our museum guide, who described with much body and humor, technology, and life in the mill. Here you can see the difference if someone loves his job. Fantastic!

  • Interesting to see the mill at work and the staff are knowledgable and enthusiastic.
  • Lovely place
  • A lovely old mill with a working water wheel and a pretty little garden, situated in a picturesque village a short walking distance from the Abbey ruins. Definately worth a visit!
