  • Went yesterday with my 3 children. This place is truly a little hidden gem in Leicester amazing value for money a real family farm feel with plenty to entertain the lil ones. We did not get chance to check out the tea room but this this is something we look forward to sampling next time we are in the area. One other thing which may seem small but is a real bonus is the water for hand washing for visitors is actually warm water a bonus on a cold day like yesterday which is the only reason we didn't stop longer. Fantastic child friendly staff and very polite. Would recommend highly to any family looking for a child friendly and proper farm environment. The hay barn area is also perfect for us bigger kids as well x A huge well done to all who run and organise this amazing venue.
  • Great day out for kids and adults. Lots of animals to see and interact with. Two playgrounds with toys. Great food/drinks in the café and entry into a small motor museum included in the price. Highly recommended.
  • A great place if you love animals. Children can feed the animals from their hand, and cuddle chicks and bunnies or guinea pigs, and stroke and scratch sheep and goats. There's a rope swing over hay bales in a barn and a playground with simple rides. You can pay 50p to ride a donkey round a short loop. Adults might like the surprisingly well stocked motor museum, I was impressed by the variety of machines on exhibit. The cafe is quite good with a variety of meals, snacks, and treats. The tea is good, but the cafe latte I had was pretty dire. It's a little pricey to get itn so you definitely want to arrive in time to have a good stay. The parking is free, and it can get very busy, so I'd advise getting in early enough to get a parking space, and make the most of the time here - you can easily stay for three hours including a meal break.
  • Inexpensive, friendly Staff, clean and kids love Stonehurst. Highly recommend eating in the small child friendly cafè
  • Absolutely lovley little farm, my daughter loves visiting this farm and fully enjoys the play areas , horse rides and baby chick handling....highly recommended
