Stayed far longer than we anticipated as the falconry displays were excellent and we wanted to see them all. Great value for money with 3, hour long, demonstrations to watch.

At first we thought it was small and wouldn't take long to get round. However, there are 4 flying displays that last about an hour and each one has different birds coming out. So we ended up spending the whole day. They sell tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc plus a few snacks at entrance. There is also cafe in the garden centre next door.
Went not knowing what to expect and we loved it. Loads of birds to view and a fun and informative display. Well worth the £10 fee, even got to have an owl perch on my arm!! Stayed for both the 11:30 and 1:30 displays with a lunch break at the adjacent garden centre.
I can't say enough good things about this location. As a huge fan of birds of prey, I would've enjoyed it no matter what. The real sign of quality was that my husband liked it too! The docents were well informed and good public speakers, and the demonstrations were breathtaking. The birds seemed well cared for and happy to get back into their aviaries when done flying. Best of all, despite the reasonable price and unforgettable experience, it wasn't crowded. If I lived nearby, I'd be here every weekend.
We have been to the Cotswold falconry centre at least 5 times and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience everytime. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The birds are very well cared for and very impressive in the aviary, as well as during the displays. I would heartily recommend a visit.
Excellent place. Great talks. Discount for carers. Cafe area. Gift shop. Really worth a visit. Free car park. Go there first and you get 10% off at the arboretum next to it. Only thing I would say is each toilet is packed full of large spiders and bag I bought had cobwebs all over the bottom 😬 hence 4 star's. Needs a clean.
