My 9 year old son had his party at Daytona. From start to finish the venue dealt with our booking extremely professionally and the children had a fantastic time. All aspects were excellent: there was ... read more »
Just got back from my 5th or 6th visit at Daytona and it still gives me a massive smile on my face! Got my best time ever (& in the slower 4 strokes) of 71.520, now, weather permitting, can't wait to ... read more »
Was treated to Daytona for my birthday. We had the 10 minute warm up lap and 40 minute continuous driving package. Was great fun and really enjoyed it. There's some people there who take it way too se... read more »
Great place, fun fast action. Two negatives - but expensive for 40min £70....and the manager (I think) lady with glasses is quiet rude and abrupt. Great track with challenging turns. Careful of the regulars that race with you, they will try and barge you out the way to beat you.
Much better than any other karting venue I've been to. It all seemed a lot more professional, the track was quite long, varied and had plenty of overtaking opportunities. Inside is pretty cool and the coffee/food they sell is much better than you'd expect for a karting venue. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's more expensive than most places I've been, but you get what you pay for!
Paedophile's film their children, "if your a man" if your a woman it's ok ! Turned up half an hour earlier, the place was manic, people everywhere. Started being served at the counter and booked in when a larger group came in behind us, obviously going on sooner than us, I was then told to go look around for half an hour so the larger group could be booked in, I walked off in disgust , fortunately the person serving us I think understood how rude that was and came over to us and was quite helpful. My children were then told a member of staff would come and get them, if it wasn't for the children going to find the staff they would have missed the race. So I'm filming my children on my phone, towards the end of the session, I hid behind a wall to film my children and only my children. Some pie eating woman walked passed me muttering, two seconds later a member of staff comes up to me asking why I'm filming as there had been a complaint. I asked if I looked like a paedophile, clearly someone thought I did! Problem with this place is that it seems to be run by children, 17/18 year olds, it's hetic and inappropriately run. I've nothing against young people God only knows if the older more boring farts were left in charge it would be much worse. Moral. be carful when filming, if your a male your a paedophile, if your female, your not. For the record paedophile's don't wear bright red Harrington jackets and take their children with them. I also couldn't imagine what benefit any scum bag pervert would get from people dressed in racing attire and helmets. Will never go back.
Great Venue - good accessibility from main roads - ample parking. The karts are in very good condition. Dmax karts are very fast and fun, worth the extra, if you enjoy adrenaline.
Best track and karts I have ever raced, loads of parking and the online booking process makes the whole experience very hassle free. I've been here many times before, and plan to visit many times more!
