  • We have just had our daughters 4th birthday party there and they were amazing. Izzy the party is great..with the children and we had a little problem and it was dealt with great speed. Food was party food and disco at the end was my daughter highlight of the day. Looking forward to seeing it all done up and given back its shine. Just a note to the kitchen staff. Might need to be shown How to make a latte and not a milky coffee. Good coffee = happy parents
  • Brilliant fun for all ages. Had a party for my 6yo. Everyone had so much fun. There is so much to do.. soft play and outdoor bouncy castle, boating, and climbing activities. Staff catered well and allowed for a piƱata at the end. Will defo come again.
  • We had fun here. However, there are a few things that really need to be attended to. The shop area upstairs is brilliant, but a complete mess with old, tired and broken (or non existent) toys. These should be replanished. Attendants could also straighten things up a bit for the next lot of kids. The fake lego is stuck down tight, where no child can get it off to start their own creation. Looks great, but needs to be maintained. The queue was excruciatingly slow, and went right out into the car park. We bought a year's membership at the door, and will still have to queue for entry (subsequent visits). There were only two people attending the queue, taking money and registrations etc. This isn't efficient. Otherwise, this is a well thought out concept, if these two things were fixed, it would be perfect.
  • A couple of years ago this soft play was in my opinion superb and justified its expensive entry fee. I went there yesterday with my wife and 2 children however and was left disappointed. It is still expensive to get in, but no money has been invested in the upkeep of the place at all, it is all very tired now with a lot of stuff no longer working and/or missing. It feels dirty everywhere, the food is overpriced and awful, the staff are not interested and we think this is the last time we will be going there. Shame as it used to be so good.
  • I am disgusted. I came here today with my 2 children normally it's a pleasant experience but today I was greeted by the rudest person I have ever met she acted like she did not care if I was there or not. So I tried to ignore it and have a good time, all the other staff were amazing but I was watching her she must be a manger or supervisor as she was telling people what to do but to say telling is a loose word as she was demanding them to do chores when staff left her they looked upset I think this is not on. customers and staff need to be shown respect so I will not be coming again
