  • This is definitely a beautiful area. The walking paths are great and we saw lots of local residents out walking their dogs. The castle ruins and the WW II bunkers are well worth the walk.

  • Great outdoor fun. Walks, play area and a lovely castle. Small café providing great coffee and cake. Trails are quite muddy so appropriate footwear necessary.
  • Great way to fill a few hours, whether out with the dog or the kids. A couple of outdoor play areas to suit different ages of pre teenagers. It appears they now have all sorts of activities on the go and have a number of different venues for rent. it also has a big garden centre and a number of different places to get a coffee and a snack. in the main court yard the bike shop hires out mountain bikes. All in its a way to kill half a day at no cost. Worth a visit.
  • Nice park with both landscaped areas and "wild" areas. Play area for kids and places to get something to eat and drink. Great for walks for all ability levels.
  • Beautiful walks and adventure play areas made more exciting by the chance to get muddy. Make sure you have a change of clothes handy.
  • So many things to do and see a wonderful day out for everyone :)
