  • Excellent and friendly ferry service to and from Hurst Castle.
  • Really nice windy walk along the shingle bank in the sunshine, to be greeted by this enormous castle/fort. Inside really well kept and good ongoing preservation/restoration of this historic site. Great sandwiches and fresh cakes in the tea rooms. Castle dog poppy gave our puppy a good runaround in the sun. Great day out
  • It is worth seeing - you could spend quite a few hours walking around here!
  • Great day out for all the family. Good walk around the outside of the castle walls although there is one breakwater which you have tho climb not very large dog friendly or baby in pushchair friendly. There is a fantastic cafe which serves homemade cakes but be warned the only accept cash.
  • I love the trip down Keyhaven River to Hurst Castle watching the birds and enjoying the views.
