  • Love the old building. Some great stalls and items inside. Useful for parking if you wish to walk into Matlock Bath too.
  • This is a very interesting place to visit, with its association to the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. You can actually see and hear Richard Arkwright! There are good exhibitions, too.
  • I enjoyed my visit today. I originally went to Masson mills for the soft play but was intrigued by the signs to the museum. The demonstration of the machines was fascinating. The museum was good and I...  more »

  • 4 levels of shops and a restaurant on the first floor of the shopping village and a indoor play area for under six years old for only 1 pound. restaurants Breakfast is the cheapest and most lovely Breakfast i have had in a restaurant on my holiday. Mostly clothes on floors 4 and 3. Do not press the button for floor 0 (staff members only) lovely shopping village. i haven't seen the museum yet loved this place PS Tony Anderson is my grandad I am will savage
  • Good department store, not really for the young generation, but great for family shopping, nic naks, clothes and general prezzie stuff. brilliant play area for £1 for kids too, although have pay to ride attractions in same area too. Museum of old mill for a few quid each two, can see machines running twice a day too. NO ATM AT ALL, NO CASH BACK FOR CASH ONLY MUSEUM AND PLAY AREA - NEXT ONE IN MATLOCK BATH ARCADE.
  • Wasn't what I expected. I thought this was going to be a well laid out place with mid to high end shops, possibly with "outlet" prices. Instead, it was open plan and depressing. There were bargains and some expensive, quality brands, but the presentation of the place made it feel cheap.
  • Great place to go shopping and having lunch with afternoon tea all the staff are great I live opposite the mill and it's fantastic, ideal for small kids in the play park, if you have not been come and see the bargains. Plenty of parking
  • Great stop off point before heading into Matlock, lots of good clothing departments under one roof , found some bargains while I was there. There are also craft stores there too, had to have a look at the plastic model airfix kits and model railway engines shops while I was there , and had something to eat in there in store cafe.
