  • It is good dog walking territory although it can get too popular for dogs, it is well laid out and walks are relaxing but can be over popular at times. Plenty of recreation on offer plus bits of local...  more »
  • Day out with family. Perfect place excellent kids park and nice spaces. All the family had great time with kids loving the play rides and enjoying the picnic.  more »
  • Nothing more to really say apart from this is a great little place to walk around. Little park for the kids to have some fun running around and burning off the ice cream from the numerous shops around...  more »

  • Very well maintained park with James Cook museum, plenty of space for children to run around, dog friendly. Lovely play area for toddlers and older children. Some animals to see and has on occasions fair ground attractions, in July it holds the Cleveland show, well worth the visit young and old. Plenty free parking.
  • Overall it's a decent experience (2017); over the last few years the park has slowly improved; although it's not to its former glory; it's still a good day out for both children and adults. They is a decent play park for children to play in; as well as a lot of open space for the older kids/adults to chill and relax to on a summer's day. Plenty of green land and natural scenery to be seen so you can get the feeling you're not trapped in a town
  • Such a lovely park with friendly people and dogs. Much nicer than Albert park but that is in the center of middlesbrough. There is a farmer's market on the last Sunday of every month here with fantastic stalls and every Saturday morning there is a park run.
  • Lovely park, superb new children playground, and free parking. On site cafe. Hosts the weekly Park Run event.
  • Very nice park with great walks, good kids play area, generally clean from litter/ dog poo. Decent cafe and clean toilets
