Where to stay in Manchester

Some of Manchester's finest hotels are located near the city center. Staying there will keep you close to all of the city's main attractions, as well as its main road and rail networks. Manchester's centrally located hotels boast modern rooms, good food, and friendly staff. From there you can easily explore Manchester's famous pubs, rooftop bars, and restaurants. For a more leisurely and quiet experience of the city, venture farther away from the central areas. There you can explore a world of relatively inexpensive boutique hotels and self-catering apartments, especially convenient for visitors using Manchester as a base for exploring northern England and North Wales.

  • My favourite place to buy fresh fish, meat or exotic fruits and vegetables. Also I love to try food from different countries, for affordable prices, definitely that is the place. Clean environment. Very busy from 11.30 to 14.00. Wonderful colours and smells.
  • Great place for variety of international foods and restaurants. ..cooked and raw. For example Indian cuisine and Nigerian jollof rice are served here while you wait or take away
  • Kewl place for a quick bite and gather some fruit although street food prices are a tad on the high side
  • Good variety of international brands and foods. Good place to get things fixed or cheap items bought.
  • The worst clams ever in my life. They were so off, that we had to throw them to the bin. If we would have eaten them we would have finished in the hospital. Never buy any fish in the side facing the street!!!!!
