  • This is a lovely open space however it is frequented by numerous person who seem to drink a lot of alcohol which spoils the area somewhat.
  • An ideal place for picnics. There is also a Wetherspoons nearby. On Sundays there is music at the bandstand. during the week it can be a restful place to relax

  • Victorian style town centre gardens, nicely laid out with ornamental beds and a bandstand.
  • Very nice local gardens. Used to be a little rough but now very safe. There is a band stand and the gardens are well maintained
  • Its nice here in the summer, the gardens are well looked after and the bandstand is pleasant. You can find a bench and eat your lunch from the nearby high Street or sit on the grass. It's not so nice at night and can attract people who might make you feel uncomfortable if you're alone. Brenchley House is next to this which is definitely worth a visit any time of the year.
  • you'll either get offered drugs here or stabbed on a daily basis
  • Very pretty and a nice spot for a picnic. Nothing for the kids though.
