Our group took to segways for a different experience of wheeled transport. We had great fun and Mark from the Jungle was very good at showing us how they worked and guiding us around the course.
Went here for my birthday, done the tree top adventure. Michael Holgate took us out, he made the day fun and interacted with us all as well, although I am not good with heights he took his time and ta... read more »
We had a fantastic time camping as all the glamping pods were full, we stayed in the farm yard not far from lamas, chickens and deer. My kids are 7 and 5 and we wanted things for them to do. We did la... read more »
Fantastic day out for all the family.. the staff are very friendly and helpfull... but one thing i would say is wear the proper footwear.. pair off old boots or trainers.. something with a bit off grip on the sole.. and maybe a light rain jacket and willie hat... but other than thats its one off the best days u can have..ur doing something that will challenge urself...and adventerous at the same time...so put urself out there... its a big 10/10 from me...
Excellent outdoor pursuits... Thoroughly enjoyed a very organised fun filled day. I have to say the staff are very courteous and friendly
We booked for an entire day at the Jungle only yesterday, for a staff day out after a busy summer. Without exception we all LOVED it. The tree top course was fantastic, challenging and serious craic. Paintball was nuts and we were impressed with the various courses that were available. Also, Pete and Lauren were great, answered any question or issue we had and were plenty of banter themselves. In summary, Causeway Coasteering recommends the Jungle without reservation!
I visited the family fun day with my family a couple of weeks back, We loved it, thought all of the activities were great value for money. No advance booking required simply just arrive. There was about 15 different activities available. Unlike the previous comment i thought the powerfan drop was super and definitely took some nerve, jumping from a 55 foot platform with nothing to hold on too! segways were cool first time i ever had a go on one and walking llamas was definitely something different. No doubt the majority of activities are geared for younger kids 5-12 but i guess older groups can just advance book some of the more high octane activities! In general hats off to the Jungle for trying to offer an alternative family day out. great staff, great place. look forward to going back. Nath
My family and I visited the jungle yesterday for the family fun day. It was very disapointing, zorbing was fun but £12pp (reduced from £18) per person and lasted all of 30 seconds, there was a big hype for very little. The fan fall thing was rubbish, you got strapped up walked accross a short bridge and then stepped of a platform about 20 feet from the ground, too much money not enough thrill for thrill seekers. There was only two segways so my whole family couldnt even go on at once, we were given about 3 to 5 mins per person for £3, this could be improved by more segways. The crazy golf cart was a fun idea but we had two laps of a very short treck (about 3 mins) for £6 and again there was only one cart, so it was just ok. The boat lake is very small, the paint balling is boring - need moving targets. The archery was good and the lad knew his stuff! On the plus side all the staff are very nice, and seem to enjoy their jobs. I think we would be better booking an activity like paintballing or the assault course - it might have been better value and more fun.
