  • Have visited many times and never been disappointed. Last time we visited 2 weeks ago my son had a bit of an accident. He bumped with another child and cut oven his eyebrow. The staff were fantastic. ...  more »

  • This is a really good indoor play centre with lots of activities for the young ones. The soft play is great for under 5s.  more »
  • A great soft play centre for kids of all ages. My daughter loves visiting. Staff are friendly, there's a decent choice of food (although there could be more choice of fruit - last time I visited it was just apples) and the play area is large. The only negative is that at busy times I don't feel the venue copes very well. I'm aware that once your children are in the play area they are your responsibility, but I've lost count of the number of times older children have pushed my daughter over or out of the way in an area they are far too old to be in. I think the occasional check by a member of staff that children (and parents) are following the guidelines would be a good way to improve this. Other than that, no complaints.
  • Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Funtastic play! I visited here 23rd December with my son and young cousins, who noticed Santa was due a visit and asked if we could see him as they hadn't managed to book one this year. I'm so glad we did! As we were in the queue I noticed children receiving selection boxes as gifts and as my cousins have both gluten and dairy allergies I mentioned this to the "elf" managing the queue she was very helpful and promptly went to see what could be done. We took a few places back in the queue explaining Santa wanted to see the boys and girls on their own first as there was 3 of us and they found suitable gifts for both of them 1 boy and 1 girl! They went out of their way to make sure they were disappointed and I can't thank you enough! Santa was also the best one we've seen including ones I've paid more then double to see! At £4 per child to see Santa and receive a gift I think it's excellent value for money and would more than recommend. A big thank you and a Merry Christmas!
  • A lovely child-oriented soft-play, which makes a lovely change from all the ones which are all about the money... Great staff and a clean environment.
  • The staye of the toilets was enough to put us off for life.
  • Great and fairly cheap entertainment for kids with the option of a lunch included in ticket price. Very clean and tidy. Approachable staff.
