  • The Cobb was an excellent experience from the start of our visit, until the end. We arrived without reservation, and managed to get an unreserved table which was more luck than anything else from a place with such popularity. Tha staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Finally the food! You'll have to try it for you, but we had no complaints.
  • A great day out for all ages, There is pebble and sand areas. They do put on events- red arrows, life boat. It can get busy at high season. There's lots of shops, bakeries, restaurants and also has an amusement arcade. lovely harbour views.
  • This location is great for families with a lovely sandy beach. It's also dog friendly on the pebble beach just past the concrete pier. The roads to Lyme Regis are narrow with few passing places but very scenic. The car parking signs are scarce but if you carry on to The Cobb through the town there is a car park which saves a steep walk after a long day out. I'd recommend the lobster tail and scallops at The Fisherman's Wife fish and chip shop, it was cooked to perfection accompanied by an optional garlic sauce. The beaches are clean and tidy but do get very busy in the holidays.
  • Love it but it's always busy so parking can be difficult! Great access to all beaches and harbour!
  • Definitely worth a visit, spectacular views of Lyme Regis and Lyme Bay.....
