  • Whiteleys is a poor example of a shopping centre; a beautiful but mostly empty Grade II-listed building and this is not something new, it was like this about 10 years ago and possibly for even longer....  read more »
  • What a shame to see this once iconic establishment coming to a sad end. We went to the cinema and walked around the other floors. Quite a few of the shops are empty, and this process will continue unt...  read more »
  • We went there on September 28 2016. We were treated with "closing sales". In the states this would mean that the whole thing is shutting down. Don't count on a snack there.
  • Small shopping mall which is currently overshadowed by High St Kensington, Notting Hill, and Oxford St shopping districts. Many of the shop spaces inside are currently empty. There are major plans to redevelop and enhance Whiteley's, but for now (2016) it's mainly of interest for locals or tourists staying in the area. The cinema is ok for a quick local film night out, and it has the Odeon Lounge if you fancy the novelty of dining while watching your film from a big armchair.
  • One of the best shopping centers I've ever saw. The architecture of this building is very nice and looks. Everytime I've been here (in the morning) all the shops were closed, that was a little bit disappointing
  • Whitney is closing soon for refurbishment! I use to work there... Nevertheless it has a odéon cinema which shows the latest movies, a food court that is slowly emptying because of the refurbishment. But it has outdoor parking and loads of shop in and out. Close to Edgware Road and Paddington it is kept clean and safe. It is changing to living accommodation with basement cinema and shops.
  • The architecture of this place is beautiful and even more so on the inside. It's a shame that it looks so run down and that there are so many long stretches with no shops. Also there is only one public bathroom in a not easy to find location.
  • A terrible shopping centre that once used to be premium. Now its more like a derelict warehouse out of an American horror. So many closed up shops!
