  • Lovely riding centre - well cared for horses, good facilities, nice staff and good instructors. Excellent!
  • I come here to train for my BHS exams. Is is a very well equipped riding school with all the facilities you could want. The instruction is great and I really feel they want you to pass exams. It is a little expensive, however considering where it's located that is to be expected. All in all though it's a lovely place to visit and I very much enjoy the lessons.
  • A great place to get some fresh air and exercise. This is a wonderful and popular local amenity (the car parks can get pretty full on a sunny weekend). There are hills and lakes where you can picnic in the summertime, and flat grassy areas for playing games on. Down the centre is a long tarmac-ed walkway perfect for little ones with their first bikes. Lots of woodland to wander through, and it's a great place to go running.
  • Fantastic and huge with tons of trails and paths
  • Have just been to Trent Park Equestrian Centre for the first time after trying a number of other London based stables, some were perfectly adequate but after arriving in the UK. I had called the BHS for their guidance and Trent Park Equestrian centre is the only" British Horse Society Centre of Excellence" in any way close to London. I wish I had tried it first. It was an easy journey on the underground. I was truly amazed at the quality and choice of horses and ponies. They were all in excellent condition and there were a huge number of staff to assist. I had read with some trepidation the negative comments on these reviews and these are so far from the truth that they are quite without foundations. The horses are all kept in correct stables, many brick built, they are well fed and look very healthy - it is without doubt the best Riding school I have ever seen and I have been to over 10 countries from one side of the world to the other and ride at least twice a week and am now in my 40's. The lesson was excellent. I was taught by a very pleasant Canadian girl and she told me that there are girls training from all over the world and that it is regarded as one of the best student training centres in the UK. I understand why some folks may think it is big but it is also very good and in comparison to any similar stables not so expensive. Don't be misguided by any negatives - do what I did - try it for yourself - one very happy rider that will be retuning to Trent Park next week - (It is also good cos my husband can play golf next door - always a bonus)
