  • The shop itself has everything a Whovians hearts desire - really everything. A deeper grip in the wallet is of course necessary for the really great stuff... Even a small museum exists, which we could however take due to lack of time in not more scrutiny. The young men behind the cashier was extremely friendly and willing to information. Here, we have also learned that you can order many of our products via the Internet at this shop - a very good service for customers from abroad - or those reluctant to drive to the area, where the shop is located. He is very far outside the Centre (20 minutes by tube, 3 zone) in a less tourist-friendly area.

  • We'd been meaning to come for a long time; it's a bit of a hike outside the center of London (takes about 1/2 hour on the tube, plus some walking). There isn't a tremendous amount of merchandise here ...  more »

  • I'm very disappointed. All items are very expensive. Have seen them cheaper in other stores. The people who work there are very unfriendly and don't seem to be interested in anything... They also show items they don't have in stock anymore. Three things I have chosen were not available.
  • Unique - London needs more of these tiny niche shops run by people who ate obviously doing it because they enjoy it. One of the last of a dying breed.
  • The staff in the store were very helpful and polite to me. I needed to buy so things for a present and they gave me some good advises. Very surprised to read some of the reviews bellows as I was even let to stay after 17:30.
  • There is a small museum inside the shop with £3 ticket, many costumes are displayed inside, but you can't take any pictures there unless you have a proper camera. You can take pictures with the Dalek and the Tardis outside with permission though. Sadly things are not cheap in the shop and the products are not so creative and pretty comparing to other museums. It is a shop with long history indeed but I feel it should evolve with time too.
  • Utter disappointment in phoning the shop and to be informed all of the Tardis tents has been sold and no longer in stock. Fair enough I thought, offering to give my details of contact for when they will be in stock. The lady who OWNS this shop behaved disgustingly inappropriately saying she is utter too busy and hanged up the phone. My godson who is 4 years old wants a Tardis Tent desperately, yet worldwide are purchasing them cheap here and selling them on Amazon for $2,500.00! My godson and I will lose hope of a play Tardis Tent for the hopeful summer to come. The world has gone crazy for this product and now I have a sad little boy to deal with.
