  • Great place, with a huge variety of tea and plenty of tea tins and teapots. It's a great place to get a gift, but is a bit pricey for your daily brew. The selection is immense, but the staff are happy to help. You can smell all of the teas, which helps too.
  • Definitely a good place to stock up on specialty tea. It's not too expensive and you can smell all of them before buying as well. The accessories are a bit overpriced in my opinion though.
  • Large varied selection of loose leaf tea, cups and pots. Warm and helpful staff.
  • Perfect place if you want to find a variety of teas. I received sencha vanilla for my birthday and went back for some oolong tea (primarily because oolong was one of the first teas I learnt of thanks to Dragonball). There's an array of different types -- including matcha, although that's much pricier. You can also find teapots to suit your tastes and needs including tetsubin iron cast ones and some glass ones if you happen to buy the flowers that bloom when you book your tea. It's small, cosy, and smells great. I'll probably go back there once in a while.
  • The one stop shop for all of the best teas in london

Where to stay in London

Many of London's main attractions are spread out, so nearby public transportation is key. There is no downtown area as such in London, and some of the least expensive hotels have more convenient access to tourist sites than the costlier ones. For a quintessential London experience, consider staying in the West End. This part of town offers excellent theaters, historical sites, and eating and shopping options for every taste. Lodging won’t be cheap, but you’ll have the colorful variety of London life right at your doorstep. Look at Notting Hill or Chelsea for charming and less expensive boutique hotels and B&Bs.
