  • Great staff and good venue but avoid like the plague if you have a competitive nature. 20% more expensive than non-London tracks with 20% less time on the track, which is understandable, but the two things that really spoil it are 1) The sheer volume of karts on the track at one time. In our case it was 18 on a modest track which meant that racing was stopped every minute or so for crashes. We estimated that in our first two sessions we only achieved about 2 laps per session that were not interrupted by stoppages and 2) A number of the karts were underpowered compared with the others which is utterly infuriating.
  • Terrible. Staff were out numbered and was not organised at all. We turned up not knowing when to start and finished not knowing when to leave. Everything was a mess. It felt like a bunch of teenagers were running the place. Marshalls need to be more strict as no one listens. Most importantly i purchased a camera to record my races & they haven't even uploaded it or emailed me as they said they would. Meaning i lost my £10. DONT GO.
  • Very disorganized event. Literally no information provided by rather tired/bored looking staff. After arriving got suits and were told to wait in the "bar area". So we did, then we got told off that people are waiting for us to do the safety briefing. No one ever told us what we are meant to do or where to go at any point. Nothing was explained in terms of how the races will be broken down etc. Got out of the cart and didn't have a clue what to do next. Were we done? Were we waiting for another session? How long are we going to be waiting for? What are the results... Nothing. Not even goodbye. Pretty bad. As for the track, it's small but all right. Shame that lights are yellow/red EVERY time someone has a problem. You spend most time crawling, when no one respects No Overtaking rule on yellow flag and Marshalls aren't interested in anything. Karts are electric, so don't expect nice engine sound or high speeds. Mine died loosing me 2 minutes of track time. Again, no one interested. Been sitting waving my hands for ages. Overall, not impressed at all. Wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone.
  • These guys made the night.. great pizza, even better staff. Mustaffa, Tahs, Jenny and Emily - Well done.X
  • Slippery track but nice customer service. Shame about the mix up of booking
