  • It is the area of royalty, all fancy. There you can visit the Royal Albert Hall, one of the most important in the world, Natural History Museum, stroll the Gardens K and see the unmistakable statue of Peter Pan, an icon of children's literature

  • For me, this area of London is always associated with Department store Harrods, Kensington Palace, and the Victoria and Albert Museum with permanent exhibits on the history of design. His story is inextricably linked with Queen Victoria and her husband Albert. It was here in Kensington Palace, which is today one of the main attractions in London in 1837 year young Princess received the status of a Queen. Here, together with her husband she spent most of the time. Is unique and inimitable Kensington in the architectural plan. Striking in its beauty and elegance blend of Georgian and Victorian styles: stately homes, decorated with stucco facades, along with traditional red-brick mansions. A distinctive feature of Kensington is its comfortable layout. There are virtually no high-rise buildings. For centuries, despite the influence of modernity, the surprisingly managed to keep its own character. At every step you can feel a true English atmosphere aristocracy. Recommend a stroll around the area just to feel the spirit of England 19 century.
