  • I have been in the gallery many times and I love it but my surprise today was when I arrived with a friend and one of the member of the staff said that we are not allowed to get there with a small suitcase. We asked for the cloakroom and I was really surprised when I knew they don't have any. Their only solution was make the visit one by one and the other can wait outside with the suitcase. In a city like London I think that a cloakroom in a gallery as popular as the Serpentine is a must.
  • Very nice place. The galleries themselves are snobbish in my opinion, but the outdoor sculptures and the 2016 pavilion were both amazing. The shops located within the galleries sell many different books, art cards and postcards. Lots of art and architecture books can also be found here. Worth a visit if you are going to Hyde Park.
  • Great choice of artist! Even if you've visited it, you should check it out again for another display.
  • Both galleries are great and tend to present small but really thoughtful exhibitions. I had a very disappointing experience at the Pavilion cafe though. The staff are just rude and not trained as baristas. It's a pity given the public facing nature of the project.
  • Well kept and clean gallery, brilliant bookshop! Lovely friendly staff and a beautiful surrounding area within Hyde Park.
