  • This is the place in London where one goes to whenever for exceptional cupcakes, and cheesecakes and other carrot cakes,... incredible! The RADIUS grocery and caterer is also of high quality. However we're less interested by the textile Department as too expensive for our scholarship. (last visit: June 2015)

  • Like all other shops on Oxford Street its very busy! Can be difficult to shop but I still enjoy the atmosphere. Customer service is okay not great but will do. It's worth a visit.
  • We were very disappointed in the Shops Christmas Windows this year. The Christmas department was also sadly lacking. The music inside the shop was very loud. It has been somewhere we have visited each...  more »

  • Good food and friendly service in the restaurants. In the shopping part the business tries to impress customers by massive amount of staff that wait till being approached - at least I can walk around on my own. The concept of the shop appears very random to me. There is no unique design or corporate identity that makes me feel like I am shopping in The Selfridges. Unfortunately worst part after an otherwise good lunch was the visit to the toilet. At least I know now that time travel to the 70ies are possible! Please fix the broken stalls and get rid of the dust of the last half century and become a modern business
  • A very well known shop in the heart of London. It was immaculately presented even for a very busy afternoon and the staff were all very friendly. It has a massive selection of things and the only problem is navigating the labyrinth to find what you're after.
  • Fantastic department store with a great selection of luxury brands. The food hall has an excellent variety of cuisines. The tax refund area is comfortable and efficient. Finally, they start selling Christmas gifts and ornaments starting August 1, which is ridiculous but undeniably festive and fun. Be sure to watch the show "Mr. Selfridge" and check out the historical exhibit room.
  • Huge store. Easy to get lost. Nice technology section downstairs but not enough in comparison to the rest of the place. Everything is incredibly expensive. I guess that is what you get from designer brands.
  • A temple to the fun of shopping. Lovely things - not out of necessity but because they're lovely. Unashamedly high-end, well-curated and fun - it's Manon-stuffy, accessible temple to shopping, eating and consumer discovery. Enjoy!
