  • Staff of this museum are truly friendly and helpful. They will find you the information you need,
  • This is one of those gems that London has so many of but which few people get to see. It isn't a huge museum but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in interest. You can trace the fascinating history of the hospital itself. But it also has exhibits on the so-called "Elephant Man" Joseph Merrick and a small display on the Jack the Ripper murders which took place in the locality. It can be a bit tricky to find as it is located in the back streets behind the hospital. But, once you have found it you'll be glad you did.
  • Small museum dedicated to the history of the Royal London. Some great displays on the history of nursing and their most famous resident Joseph Merrick - The Elephant Man. Take the time to watch some of the videos.
