  • Petticoat Lane is a really old market, where you really can find bargains. How about a dress for 10 pounds? Maybe two of 15? Most of it is junk, but junk, too, has its own charm-there are a large number of sick cheap small cafes and fast food for the hungry. Do not miss!

  • we used to got to the lane regularly in my youth. It is really poor now and no variety at all. Nearby Brick Lane and also Spitalfields offer everything petticoat lane does not

  • Always a big fan there are some lovely food and really great prices. U can get a decent lunch for just 5 pounds here
  • Unique designers buy one of a kind for one if a price.
  • Went to the food market area of petticoat lane and it was quite good but the area is messy. It's got a long way to go before it gets close to the likes of whitecross street but there is some promising stalls there. The chicken katsu wrap was great and at £4.50 is a bargain.
  • Best cheap lunch options around the city
  • This is about the food stalls: OKAY selection cheap and cheerful. Chicken katsu is ok and for £4.5 can't really complain. Chinese too oily and falafel just average.
