Went to the food market area of petticoat lane and it was quite good but the area is messy. It's got a long way to go before it gets close to the likes of whitecross street but there is some promising stalls there. The chicken katsu wrap was great and at £4.50 is a bargain.
This is about the food stalls: OKAY selection cheap and cheerful. Chicken katsu is ok and for £4.5 can't really complain. Chinese too oily and falafel just average.
good number of food stalls to try out non-chain food that's available around the area. Just had wasabi and disappointed in myself. the Malaysian stall is favourite at my work place with religious following.
Good selection of street food, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Jamaican and middle Eastern. My current favorite is the chicken katsu wrap.
Great food stalls. Try the katsu wrap place and the chicken escalope wrap and falafel place
