Persepolis, London
(4.7/5 based on 65+ reviews on the web)
Make a quirky gastronomical stop at Persepolis, a cafe and shop whose popularity has made it a tourist attraction. The food here is all Persian-inspired, with an emphasis on vegetarian options. Grab a snack or some tea, then browse the shop's selection of candies, spices, drinks, herbs, pickled items, and other unique finds. Take a bit to appreciate the charming illustrations decorating the venue, and pick up a recipe book or two to recreate the delicious meals at home. For travelers who use our international travel planner, London holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Persepolis and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • Lovely brunch with my friends! Seats are a little uncomfortable but it is fittingly hipster and has great value for money!

  • This is a one-stop bohemian mini shop/cafe. The shop is stocked with items that you would expect in a organic/Persian/Middle eastern vegetarian store/cafe. "No such thing" you say - well then, you have never been to Persepolis. They even have their own branded products (see photo). And if that's not enough – if you're hungry, have a seat in the cafe.
  • 100% recommend this restaurant, come in a big group and get the sharing menu. Everything was tasty and there was so much of it! Lovely service and a lovely environment to enjoy some great food in Peckham.
  • Why do people like restaurants? Great food, great value, and great service. What do you get at Persepolis? Exactly that.
  • Love this place! The food is delicious and creative, the staff are attentive, the interior is quirky and cosy and the owners are passionate and honest about their 'little Persia' in the middle of Peckham. Prices are very reasonable and the dishes are perfect for sharing. Best place to eat in London!!
  • One of peckhams hidden gems.one of the few restaurants, whereby most of the items can be bought in their shop.small establishment, full of smiles all round.food is vegetarian based ,made up of guilt free choice's, nothing to feel too guilty about, and the beauty of it,most of it is made in house. How many small restaurants can you say received a exceptional, review from the times ,in 2014(you can read it for yourself,on route to the loo).for what its worth,it won't break the bank dining here
