  • There are few animals, not tidy, donation of 2£/head(not mandatory), but not maintained properly. Admin team should really think of improving to attract the visitors.  more »

  • Poor Newham city farm is obviously run by a skeleton crew of volunteers doing their level best with almost zero resources. Great place for kids to see some livestock (sheep, pigs, horses) and has a small playground but it really needs some investment and TLC! I hope it gets them.
  • It's all free you can make a contribution if you want to.. They have toilets and a lovely picnic area to have lunch. Children's and parent encouraged to pet the animals and there are plenty of places to wash hands afterwards.. Quite a wide range of animals something for everyone..
  • Great local farm for children to get their first taste of farm animals, cows, turkeys, horses, ponies, donkey, ducks, geese, sheep, alpacas, rabbits, ferrets, lovebirds, owls and hawks among a few! staff are knowledgeable and care about each one. easily accessible on public transport and good location toilets are ok and their is cage bit but didn't go in there.
  • What a gem this city farm is. There's cows, horses, pigs, birds, ferrets, goats, turkeys, some friendly cats (see photos) and more! There's a little café that's very good value for money which uses produce from the farm. They also sell eggs and honey. I saw a communal gardening plot but there wasn't much activity going on there when I visited. Escape from the city and step into this idyllic spot of nature.
  • Really good place . Specially for kids to learn... love the lama...and sheep's. And it's free.. u can donate if u want... Remember do not feed the animals. .

Where to stay in London

Many of London's main attractions are spread out, so nearby public transportation is key. There is no downtown area as such in London, and some of the least expensive hotels have more convenient access to tourist sites than the costlier ones. For a quintessential London experience, consider staying in the West End. This part of town offers excellent theaters, historical sites, and eating and shopping options for every taste. Lodging won’t be cheap, but you’ll have the colorful variety of London life right at your doorstep. Look at Notting Hill or Chelsea for charming and less expensive boutique hotels and B&Bs.
