  • Open every day of the week (except Sundays), this is a fantastic and varied market, selling everything from fresh fish and meat, through to some of the most outrageous duvet covers you'll ever see. Lo...  more »

  • We visited on a Friday morning in March. Lots of housewares and plus size woman's clothing. There were several ethnic supermarkets on site. Definitely a market for locals. We enjoyed browsing through ...  more »

  • I actually called in at the newly refurbished Bush Theatre which is now blended or rather landscaped into the side of the new Bush market. The theatre looks sleeker and more appealing with an easier access reception area where there is plenty of room to stand and browse the brochures, order your tickets, or walk into the lovely cost library cafe. I just wish they'd gone the whole hog with some large truly theatrical palms in planters on the decking outside. Without them it's a teensy bit bland darlings !!
  • This market is apart of my childhood. If you get a bit deeper inside you can find some tasty things to eat for dinner. I love the fresh fish and the Ghanaian store.
  • Literally anything you want you can find it here. It's really nice and quirky. Also you can get the best falafel here!
  • This Arts represent people in our arts and culture awareness and understanding in our community, for what is the opinion of one self adhesive to be able to make this effort sharing.
  • Not really my sort of place; I found the goods to be of poor quality and yet the prices high. Just a place to browse really and can be crowded. Staff tend to be impolite, giving the impression they don't care if you buy or not.

Where to stay in London

Many of London's main attractions are spread out, so nearby public transportation is key. There is no downtown area as such in London, and some of the least expensive hotels have more convenient access to tourist sites than the costlier ones. For a quintessential London experience, consider staying in the West End. This part of town offers excellent theaters, historical sites, and eating and shopping options for every taste. Lodging won’t be cheap, but you’ll have the colorful variety of London life right at your doorstep. Look at Notting Hill or Chelsea for charming and less expensive boutique hotels and B&Bs.
