Experience an invigorating open-air dip in the heart of London at Kings Cross Pond Club. The freshwater, chemical-free, unheated pool gets quite chilly in the cool English climate, but after a little acclimatization, most visitors find the water quite refreshing. After swimming lengths in the 40 m (131 ft) bean-shaped pool lined with reeds and plants, relax on a poolside sun lounger, or ascend the viewing platform to admire the green oasis surrounded by modern developments and construction sites. Swimming sessions must be booked in advance via the pool's website. Make Kings Cross Pond Club a part of your London vacation plans using our London trip builder.

Simple but good facilities (toilets and changing cubicals), friendly helpful staff and a beautiful pond of various depths down to 2.8 meters. Fabulous swim on a very hot day!
The water is gorgeous and the setting very relaxing. Somewhere special to come back to again and again. I loved the wild flowers and underwater foliage especially.
Well worth bracing the water if you're in the area. Basic facilities, but a different swimming experience - halfway between an unheated lido and wild swimming.
Wonderful pool to enjoy a splash and a delighful place to gain a new perspective on the kings cross development
It was 13.6 degrees and I only managed a couple of circuits BUT i felt totally invigorated. It was almost surreal to contrast the planting with the urban environment and I was all alone.......BLISS
