  • Summer dining on the 5th Floor Cafe was amazing. I had a fab herring as a starter, scallion risotto and a chocolate pave. The service was really good and the location in the center of London is great. Good price value for only 22£
  • Free WiFi is HN-Wifi but doesn't not work. Poor mobile reception. Much more pleasant experience than Harrods offering much of the same. Head to the fifth floor for great selection of restaurants and bars. Outdoor terrace is a nice spot in the summer.
  • Not gonna waste too much time writing a review, my time was severely wasted by them already. They "100%" guaranteed a dress would arrive at a sister store in time for our 5th wedding anniversary, promptly lost the dress, could not trace it to explain to us what happened, and put a monumental dent in our celebration plans by breaking a promise, therefore leaving us no time to fix the problem. I would give 0 stars if possible. The sister store in Edinburgh was wonderful however
  • Don't go near the place if you like clothes. You'll spend WAAAAY too much. Much more topical than Harrods. Much more stylish.
  • Currently under construction but the collections are still good and the upstairs sittings offer quiet and cozy lunch venues.
