  • All the varieties of tea, biscuits, and chocolates you could imagine. We had a great time exploring this store and looking at all the options. It’s a great option for tourists looking for gifts for friends and family back home. There really is something for everyone. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products. We talked to different employees who helped us pick the right teas and coffee and made us feel confident with our picks. The incredible variety of teas and biscuits makes me want to come shop for more when we run out of our supplies.
  • What a wonderful experience! Tea at Fortnum and Mason was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food was excellent and plentiful and the service was skilled, friendly, enthusiastic and kind. My wife and I felt welcomed and that we were part of something special as if there staff had been waiting for us for years and finally we had arrived! The jubilee tea room is large and beautiful, don't forget to stop in the restrooms just to see how beautiful they are. Downstairs you'll find floor after floor of luxury and interesting things to buy. Take your time enjoying the tea and food upstairs and don't rush! And take your little pots of jam and curd with you when you leave!
  • Beautiful store and worth the trip from the US. The Queen’s Jubilee Tea was lovely. My server, Mari Anne, was delightful. I love the tea she recommended, Countess Gray. As for the store itself, I could spend all day there. It was amazing!! Gorgeous! Their chocolates and cookies etc are divine. And FYI they have a small serving counter and store at Heathrow T5 as well.
  • Probably the most spectacular tea shop in the world. It's a jewel box full of fantastic and high quality items. There are many floors with a food hall in the basement, the upper floors have high class tea rooms and perfumes and overall the attention to detail is remarkable. This is a true experience and the staff is outstanding in friendliness and service. A true legendary location.
  • This is one of my favorite stores to visit while in London. It's the ideal place to buy assortments of tea, tea serving sets, gifts, chocolate, spices , condiments, bath & body goods, picnic baskets and so much more. The service here is absolutely impeccable by ever member of the team. Always friendly, helpful and accommodating. The prices here are very reasonable and competitive.
