Emirates Stadium, London

Categories: Tourist Spots, Arenas & Stadiums
Inspirock Rating:
4.5/5 based on 1,200+ reviews on the web
Home of Arsenal FC, Emirates Stadium has a capacity of over 60,000 visitors and is the third-largest stadium in England, second only to Wembley and Old Trafford. Since 2009, the venue has undergone "Arsenalisation," with the aim of restoring Arsenal’s heritage and history. A shrine depicting every player ever to have played for the club was erected just outside the stadium. Eight large murals were installed on the exterior, depicting the 32 club legends linking arms with each other, creating the effect of a huddle embracing the stadium. Take a guided tour of the site’s iconic three-tiered bowl and discover the 93 years of proud club history at the Arsenal Museum, just to the north of the venue. • The Emirates is such a great stadium, everything is top notch. The concourses are wide and spacious, not like some cramped stadiums. Wherever you sit you have a good view of the action and the seats a...  read more »
  • Bought tickets via a home page where we got seats on the long side in the penalty area. The tickets were really säsonsbiljetter we sent on to "next customer". It was otherwise meticulous security with search so it feels safe. Great job arena. The match was exciting and the announcer offered entertainment before the match and during the break.

  • Well what can I say bar this is the best stadium in the country with the best team playing there. My only down side is the stewarts there. They are the worst I have ever seen. They don't like people e...  read more »
  • Funny atmosphere in this stadium, just no cheering or singing! I have been lucky to have visited most grounds in the league and it's right up there with the best. I guess it's just filled with fans that are happy with finishing just short every year! I hear Tottenhams new stadium is going to be far more impressive.
  • Awesome. What you'd expect for the mighty arsenal. particuarly liked how welcome my 9 year old daughter was made by supporters and security. Well organised.
  • I've never been there, but I'm a gunner and arsenal is the best team ever! They have so many great players such as welbeck, iwobi, Sanchez, cazorla, giroud, cech, belleren, ozil, and Campbell!
  • I was here for a conference, not a match. It's an impressive stadium set in grounds designed to make a statement. Grand steps, spacious promenade, football themed statuary. On top of this a well kept function area, with excellent views of the pitch and stadium. Very well drilled catering team too.
  • Home of Arsenal, and a really good modern stadium with a good raking of seats meaning that everyone can see no matter where they are in the ground (Although be warned that in some areas of the ground, Arsenal fans prefer to stand). The stadium also has good hospitality and conference facilities.
