Sitting, the work depicts the Duke on his favorite warhorse. He looks at Apsley House, his former home. The statue stands on a granite base. At the four corners of the base a soldier from the regiments is not each, which has commanded Wellington. Bottom line: Worth the way here. In a confined space can the visitors between a variety of monuments and statues wander back and forth and you best choose for personal taste.
